REFUNDS 

You can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we send the products out to you. But once the product has been shipped out, we cant refund or change the address. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the product you received is a defective one, please send us the proof to shopify2@szfumot.com , and after checking, we can send you a new one, we don't refund on any devices after order shipping out. 

RETURNS

MISSING ORDER

 If your order is missing during shipping, send us an email, and after checking it out, we can send you a new one.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
